Fixed-term & freelance	Fixed term employees must receive the same treatment as full-time permanent staff Fixed term are set in advance, end when a specific task is completed, last for a certain length of time Freelance is when you are self-employed and hired to work on particular task (for example a journalist) Working alone Isolated	No work, no wage	Freelance workers can pick and choose work and when they do it.
